Costs

The standard shipping costs are from € 4.00 for shipping within the Netherlands and from € 7.50 abroad without track & trace.

 

Delivery
We can deliver worldwide. Delivery time varies and is indicated on the product in working days (Monday / Friday). If you are not at the time of delivery at home, there will be another opportunity sought to deliver your order. It may be that your order is delivered to your neighbors or that a card in your mailbox is done with this information from the courier company so you can contact them for a new delivery attempt. It may be that you can pick up your order at a depot / post office.

 

Acknowledge receipt
We pack your items with care and damage is rare. Still, it can inadvertently prevent your order from being damaged during transport. Before signing for receipt, you should therefore check the order for any damage. This envelope / box must be opened to view the product.
If your order is delivered without having to sign this, you need to email notification within 24 hours of any damage or incomplete order.
Damage to articles please always clear pictures of the damage to mail us.
If you refuse an order for damages to the article, we will check the items and determine if they are damaged. If this is not the case, we will provide additional transportation to charge you. Articles that are damaged will be replaced immediately.
If you change your mind about an order you placed, you are responsible for returning the items and the costs involved. To return an item, please contact us to obtain a return number.

 

Incomplete delivery
If you ordered multiple items, you should check your package or all items ordered are delivered. If anything is missing, you must notify us within 24 hours by email.

Not delivered on time or other problems?
We do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Sometimes this is not always possible due to circumstances. If your order is not delivered within the agreed time, please contact us. We do in that case everything to make sure it will be de;ivered as soon as possible your order. Please note that our liability does not extend to compensation / discount for late or failed deliveries or additional costs that arose before the delivery is received.
We always try to ensure that your order and its delivery meet your expectations. Unfortunately, it may be that something goes wrong and if this is the case, we will solve our utmost to do this as quickly as possible to your satisfaction. However, we can not be held liable for any shortcomings of our couriers.

 

Cancel order
Shipping is done as much as possible the same day and it is important to us as soon as possible if you cancel your order. If you cancel your order before it is sent, we will give you a cancellation code that you can keep in case of future questions. You can request the code by telephone only on +31 (0) 612 126 592. The cancellation code is your proof that you have canceled in time to ensure that your order is not shipped. Do not cancel code and you refuse to accept the order of our courier, while correctly delivered, then we are obliged to deduct any costs of return of the purchase price that you will be refunded by us. To-order products can not be canceled once you have placed an order.

 

Returns
It is important that you are happy with your purchase. We work according to the Dutch Law 'verkopen op afstand', which protects consumers when buying goods over the internet and makes it possible to view the items at home such as a purchase in a store. IMPORTANT: This is not according to EU conditions for business orders.

 

If you want to return your order,  you must submit it within 14 days by email to us. We will send you a return number with return address, so you can return the items to us. You are responsible for returning the products and the resulting costs. Once we receive the returned items, we check if it still in new condition and that they are not used. If this is the case, we will refund the purchase price, including shippingcosts to you.

How do I express this?
By email within 14 days after receiving your order. You can e-mail to  info@pole-and-aerial-sports.com. You will receive a return number before returning the items. It is important to clearly indicate on the package this return number. The return number is also proof of the correct and timely indicate that you wish to return the order. When returning the item, we ask you to do the item in its original packaging and so return to us.

Defects and Warranties

Our items are produced with great care and they all go through quality control. Our articles on the website are very exclusive and often made by hand. If the article is made by hand, we explicitly state this in the article in question to inform you as best as possible. With handmade products, there may therefore be a slight difference between the photo and the product you received.

Defects are rare, but if you think that an item is defective, it is best to call or email us immediately. Then we can see together how we can solve this as quickly as possible.

If the item needs to be returned for inspection, please contact us first to determine the best way to ship it and to which address. If after the inspection it appears that the article indeed has a defect, we will replace the article. Please note that we are not responsible for any consequential loss or expense incurred due to a defect.

 

None of our items are suitable for children between 0-6 years old.
